Every field held, the reason it exists, and the day it stops existing
Updated 7 August 2026. Written as an inventory, because an inventory is the thing a reader can actually check.
The one paragraph version
Two forms exist on this site and nothing else collects anything. No measurement script runs here, no advertising code, no pixel and no code at all from another company. A single storage line remembers that you closed the notice band. Beyond that, what the desk holds is email.
The inventory

Why two years: that is roughly how long somebody keeps writing in about a stay that has already happened, and it is the span our own books have to reach back over anyway.
What is never asked for
Card numbers, bank details, license numbers, dates of birth, address histories, accounts and passwords are all absent, because none of them has a use here. This site has no payment field on any page and gaining one is not on any plan.
A message asking for card details in our name was not written here. Ring +1 (415) 906-2431 to report it, and leave it unanswered.
Who sees it
- The desk. Constant Travellers Bookings LLC in San Francisco, which in practice is a very small number of people.
- The operator holding your bay. They get what a gate needs: name, telephone number, dates and hours, bay type and vehicle. They do not get your correspondence.
- Our email provider, because a form arrives as an email and email lives somewhere.
- Nobody else at all. No data is sold. None goes to an advertising business, and there would be nothing for it to feed anyway, since this site carries no advertising.
What sits in your browser
A single line called `ct_note_2026` with one short word in it. Its entire job is keeping the notice band from returning on the next page you open. This site writes it, nothing else lives in it, and clearing browser storage wipes it.
No cookie here serves measurement, personalization or advertising, for the simple reason that this site does none of the three. The band therefore gives a genuine choice whose two outcomes are identical, because the switch has nothing wired to it.
Legal basis, for readers who need it named
Handling a reservation is what performing the service requires. Keeping it afterwards rests on a legitimate interest in being able to answer about a past stay, and on the legal duty to keep books. None of it is used to market anything, and no marketing mail leaves this desk.
Your rights
Copies, corrections and deletions are all yours to ask for. One line to [email protected] from whichever address made the reservation is enough, and +1 (415) 906-2431 will tell you what to send if you would rather ask first.
Every such request is answered inside thirty days, and in practice within a day or two, since the file is small. Nothing is charged. One warning: asking us to delete a stay that has not happened yet cancels it, and we will say so before doing it.
Children
Parking reservations are not a childhood interest. No part of this site addresses children and nothing about a reader under sixteen is knowingly gathered.
Security, described honestly
Pages arrive over HTTPS. A submitted form is encrypted in transit, passes through a form delivery service and lands as mail in a box only the desk opens.
Describing a mailbox as impenetrable would be silly. The useful reassurance is a different one: the material that would actually hurt somebody is not stored here, because no card number, identity document or password ever enters these records.
Changes
Revise the policy and the date above revises with it, and anything of substance is spelled out in this section so a second reading does not have to be done from memory. This is the first published version, dated 7 August 2026.
