Terms
Three parties, and which of them answers for what
Updated 7 August 2026. Nearly every dispute in this trade comes from nobody writing down who is responsible for the car, so that is the first thing on this page.
Who the three are
You, the person making the reservation. The desk, which is Constant Travellers Bookings LLC of 870 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. The operator, an independent company that owns the lot, runs the gate and drives the shuttle.
This desk and that operator are separate businesses. Our part is the reservation: asking, quoting, confirming and handing the booking on. No ground here is held in our name, no vehicle on the road is ours, and no policy of ours covers anybody's car. Everything below is a consequence of those three facts.
What the desk answers for
- 1. An honest quote. What we send names the daily rate and every possible addition beside it, and once accepted the figure stands unless the reservation itself changes.
- 2. Handing the booking over without errors in it: the dates, the hours, the bay, the vehicle and whatever you added in the notes.
- 3. A fast no when a request cannot be filled, in place of a yes that collapses at a barrier arm.
- 4. Extending a reservation when you tell us a return flight has moved.
- 5. Holding your details for exactly the period the privacy policy sets out, and disposing of them after it.
- 6. Anything we got wrong ourselves. A booking passed on for the wrong day is our error and we treat it as one.
What the operator answers for
- 7. The lot, its surface, its lighting, its fencing and its gate.
- 8. The shuttle, its schedule, its driver and its condition.
- 9. The car itself while it stands on their ground, as far as their own terms and the law reach.
- 10. Taking payment for the stay and refunding it when a refund is due.
A claim about the car or about the lot belongs to the operator whose ground it stood on. Expect us to hand over their details, to press them on your behalf and to tell you when we think their answer is poor. What is not available is this desk answering as though the keys had been in our drawer.
What you answer for
- 11. Details that are correct. A wrong date or a vehicle longer than described is the most common cause of a failed drop off and is not something this desk can detect.
- 12. Being reachable on the number you gave, around the hours of the reservation.
- 13. Arriving inside the reserved window, or calling.
- 14. The condition of the vehicle and what is left inside it. Do not leave anything in a car that you would mind losing.
- 15. Your own insurance. Nobody here insures a vehicle, and nothing on this site should be read as cover.
About the money
- 16. This website takes no money. It has no card field and one is not going to be added to it.
- 17. A quoted rate belongs to the reservation described in that quote. Everything that can be added appears on the rates page, and there is no charge on this site outside that list.
- 18. The published figures are floors, printed as rates starting from a number. Read none of them as an offer of a final total.
- 19. What happens when a reservation is cancelled, changed, missed or refunded is set out in the cancellation policy, and that page is part of these terms.
- 20. This company sells nothing and sends nothing. With no product there is nothing to deliver, nothing to return and nothing to warrant, and those three absences are deliberate rather than omissions. A reserved stay is the only thing here capable of being cancelled or refunded, and clause 19 points at where that is written down.
About this site
- 21. The writing, the photographs, the layout and the code are the property of Constant Travellers Bookings LLC. Read them, print them, quote them with a credit; do not lift the site wholesale.
- 22. Photographs here were generated for this site and show representative ground rather than a specific lot, gate or vehicle. No image is a photograph of an actual reservation.
- 23. Rates, times and distances published here are honest at the date on the page. Traffic, taxes and ground rents move, and the quote you receive is the current figure.
- 24. Every link on this site points back into it. No script arrives from another company, no advertising is carried and no measurement runs.
- 25. You will find no star ratings here, no testimonials, no awards and no total-customers figure, because this desk has none it could defend. The absence is a choice.
Limits, plainly
- 26. When the fault is ours, our liability reaches the value of the reservation involved and no further, which is the honest size of what a booking desk can be held to.
- 27. No clause on this page touches liability the law refuses to let anybody exclude, and that includes death or personal injury arising from negligence.
- 28. Weather, flooding, roadworks, a strike or anything else neither we nor the operator commands is outside what either of us answers for.
- 29. If one clause proves unenforceable, strike that clause alone and read the rest as printed.
Law and reaching us
- 30. California law applies to these terms and California courts hear any dispute about them.
- 31. Before any of that, telephone +1 (415) 906-2431 or write to [email protected].
Using this site, or reserving through it, means these terms apply to you.
