Reserve
Make a reservation, or ask what it would cost first
Twelve fields and about two minutes. What comes out the other end is an email that a person opens, reads and answers with what the corridor has free and what it would cost.
What happens next
Inside desk hours the reply carries three things: what the corridor has free on those dates, the bay type that suits what you drive, and a free quote built from the daily rate plus whichever lines on the rates page apply. No bay moves into your name before you accept, and asking has never cost anybody anything.
Dropping the car inside the next twelve hours? Use +1 (415) 906-2431 instead. Twelve fields on a form travel accurately and slowly; a telephone call travels the other way round, and pretending otherwise would waste your morning.
The fields people ask about
The hours, not just the dates
Availability along this corridor moves by the hour on a Friday afternoon and on any Monday morning. A reservation for a date without an hour is half a reservation.
What you drive
The single most useful field on the form. Length and anything on the roof or the back decide the bay type, and the bay type decides most of the rate. The bay types page has the table.
Where the plate is from
Some operators along the corridor log it at the gate and ask about out of state plates. Giving it now means nobody asks you at six in the morning.
The return flight number
Optional, and worth giving. If your flight lands late we can extend the reservation before it lapses instead of after, which is the difference between a bay and an extra day charged at the gate.
What we do not ask for
Nothing financial and nothing identifying: no card, no bank detail, no license number, no birth date, no account to create, no password to invent. There is no payment field on this site and none is coming.
Payment happens with the operator, at the gate or on collection, and the quote tells you which before you confirm anything.
Each field, its reason and its expiry date are listed row by row in the privacy policy, along with how to have the lot deleted.
If you would rather talk
Call +1 (415) 906-2431 and speak to a specialist. Requests are worked Monday to Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and Friday from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Pacific Time. The desk is closed at weekends, and a request that lands then is answered first thing on Monday.
Once a reservation exists, the operator's number beats ours on the day of travel. They are standing next to the bay; we are looking at a spreadsheet.
